What we do

We provide the devices, assist with the setup, and wait for you to return it at the end of your day.

Four steps

  1. 1

    Collect

Visit the kiosk. A few details, a device fitted, and you are on your way.

  2. 2

    Scan

Scan the QR code and download the free app, then we pair the device with your phone.

  3. 3

    Check in

Position updates every 60 seconds. Set a Safe Zone and get alerts if they cross it.

  4. 4

    Return

Drop the device at any information point before you leave.

More on how it works

Why events run it

Most events record very few lost children, and take that as a sign the problem is small. We think the incident log is measuring the wrong thing. It captures the separations that escalated far enough for somebody to tell a staff member, and misses the far larger number that resolved before anyone did.

Those moments still happen constantly, and they still shape how a family remembers the day. A parent spending the afternoon counting heads is not looking at your pavilions and goes home earlier than they meant to.

For event organisers
Privacy

The device reports a position. That is all it does.

It has no camera and records no audio. Only the parent who registered can see the location, on their own phone. Everything we hold is permanently deleted within seven days.
